Hydraulic Hoses

We supply non-conductive hydraulic hoses with any fitting and a protective sleeving finish.  

 

     

 

  Refractory Cast Tops and Bottoms

     We manufacture refractory cast tops and bottoms for the induction furnace.

   This is done with either a drawing supplied by the customer, or through our     

   engineers undertaking a site visit in order to measure an existing block to ensure an  accurate replacement.

Cooling Systems

We offer a maintenance service for cooler systems. This service includes the options of:

• Full cooler system relocation and installation
• Flushing the whole system and topping up the coolant
• Repairs to any frozen or blocked pipework
• Installing new pipework

 

    Busbar Installations

    We manufacture and install busbar runs as an alternative to using long power cables.

   We can install a busbar system from the cabinet to the side of the furnace, giving a

   far shorter power cable.

If induction furnaces are to be relocated, we can oversee a complete engineering solution, incorporating a busbar system.

Generator Cabinets

We have a qualified electrician and can offer repairs to generator cabinets including pump installation/ removal, manifold repairs, hose installation/replacement etc.

 

   Laminated Cores

   Our engineers can manufacture any design of laminated core. We also offer a full repair and replacement 

  lamination service.
